A. Partypalooza is so confident you'll love our merchandise, we guarantee them with an unconditional, no-questions-asked return within 30 days of purchase. Scroll down for instructions on how to return items.
Q. What is Optional Delivery Insurance?
A. We offer delivery insurance at checkout for $1.50 per order. Partypalooza.com ships via UPS or the US Postal Service. If your order is lost or damaged in shipping, Partypalooza.com Inc will bypass the shipper's tracing process and immediately replace the lost order or damaged merchandise at our expense. We will make every reasonable effort to replace your merchandise before the date of your party. If that is not possible, we will give you a full refund. To order delivery insurance, leave the box on page 2 of checkout unchecked.
Q. Can I order with a Purchase Order?
A. Partypalooza.com accepts Purchase Orders from legally recognized schools and government agencies - these orders can be processed immediately. We do not accept Purchase Orders from Corporations or other organizations without an initial order paid in advance or by credit card.
Q. How do I order using a Purchase Order?
A. Although we're happy to take your order by phone, the best way to make your order is online. This will ensure that you'll know exactly how much your order will cost, including shipping. For more information, click instructions for ordering with a purchase order here.
Q. What if I am tax exempt?
A. We do not collect sales tax in any state except New Jersey. If your order shipped to NJ, and you are exempt, include your NJ tax exempt number in the "additional information" field on page 2 of checkout and we will remove the sales tax from your order when we process it. Do not include the sales tax amount on your Purchase Order, if you're using one. If you're using a credit card, please call us at 888-397-2328, and we'll help you with your order..
Q. How do I return stuff?
A. If you would like to return something, please call us toll free at 888-397-2328 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number should be placed on the outside of the box that you are returning. It should also be on the inside of the box, along with your name, address & order number. The RMA number allows us to identify your return & process it promptly.
All returned merchandise must be complete, in resalable condition (clean without signs of use) and in their original packaging.
Ship the merchandise back to us in a way that is trackable, such as UPS, FedEx, or the Post Office with a delivery confirmation. For the US Post Office, the delivery confirmation will cost a bit more, but it is free if you print your shipping label using usps.com and pay online rather than at the Post Office. Please keep the tracking number so that you can see when your return has been delivered to us.
Within a few days of receipt of your return, we will issue a refund to your credit card. If you have not received your credit within 14 days of delivery, please call us.
Please Note: We will refund return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or if the product shipped to you was defective. If you have defective or damaged merchandise, please call us immediately. We want to make it right!
Q. Can I get a discount for bulk orders?
A. We do have a case-quantity discount of between 10% and 30% off our dozens pricing as shown on our site, depending on the product. Case quantities vary: most cases are between 12 dozens and 48 dozens, some more, some less. Please call us at 888-397-2328 if you're interested in case-quantity pricing. Q. Can I choose a specific color or style on items marked "assorted"?
A. Products which are marked "assorted" or show different colors & styles in the photograph are sold assorted. They come to us assorted and for the most part, we can't honor requests for "all green" or "all boy styles". That being said, if you're ordering one or two of an item and have a color or style choice, let us know during the checkout process. There's a handy place for you to tell us whatever you want on page 2 of checkout (just scroll down, you'll see it).
Q. I live outside the US - do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, but currently, Partypalooza.com Inc ships only to the US, US Territories and Canada. For all other countries, if you are able to provide us with an address within the United States that will forward a package to you, we will be happy to ship to that address. In the checkout process, put that address in the "Ship To" section. Please check back here periodically for changes in this policy. Q. Is my credit card information safe?
A. Partypalooza uses the latest encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card information. You can place your orders using our SSL encrypted safe server (the Internet standard for secure transactions) or, if you feel more comfortable, you can telephone your credit card information to us. If you do intend to call us with your credit card number, just choose "Call with payment" instead of choosing a credit card type during the checkout process, complete your order & call us.
Q. I don't have a credit card. How do I order?
A. No problem. Make your order on our secure website and instead of choosing a Credit Card payment method, choose the "Call With Payment" option in the payment area and then call us to advise you will be mailing a money order. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment in the mail. Personal checks are not accepted.
Q. What kind of bag will my goody bags be packed in?
A. Some of our Premium Goody Bags are packed in reusable bags such as canvas totes or drawstrings. If this is the case, you'll find it in the bag's description. Most of our goody bags come in a clear, cellophane bag decorated with colorful designs. The bags are sealed at the top by machine with colored tape.
Q. What if I want to add my own stuff to the bags after I receive them?
A. No problem. You have 2 options when adding Goody Bags to your cart:
- Check the box for Customer Assembles when buying your goody bags. We send you the bags to make them, you provide the labor and you save $.30/bag
- Leave the Customer Assembles box un-checked & tell us during checkout (look for the "Additional Instructions" box) that you would like us to include twist ties with the bags. You can remove the sealing tape, but you cannot reuse it, so we will include colorful twist ties for you to reseal the bags after making your additions.
Q. Does Partypalooza.com Inc do imprinting or personalizing?
A. Currently we do not do imprinting although we can provide imprintable novelties for you to have imprinted yourself. If you'd like a personalized activity at your party or a great crafty give-away, try our Personalized Coloring Mugs!

Q. What ages are the goody bags appropriate for?
A. On each description we have listed a guideline of appropriate ages. Remember that you know your children best, so if your child's age falls out of the guideline limits and you feel a particular theme is appropriate, then it probably is! The only age we feel strongly about is the Magic theme. We have set that at age 7 and up. The child needs to be able to read the directions and also understand the concept of the magic tricks.
Q. What's in the Goody Bags?
A. Each goody bag offering has a current list of what is included in the bag. Every item in the list is a link which will pop up a window to show you a picture of the item in the bag. Occasionally an item in a goody bag is out of stock or discontinued and will be replaced with an appropriate substitute of similar or higher value that relates to the theme.
Q. I live nearby; can I pick up my order?
A. We're sorry, but we don't allow pickups at Partypalooza. We do not have a retail location and our warehouse/shipping location is not properly staffed or equipped for customer pickups. Please remember, our shipping rates (see below) are reasonable and we can deliver locally very quickly, often to arrive to you the next business day without additional shipping charges.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. When your order has shipped, an email is sent to the email address you provided us with your order. This email will have the UPS or USPS tracking information. Simply click on the link or copy it into your browser's address bar. Remember, if you have any trouble tracking your package or if you didn't receive your email confirmation, you can always call us at 888-397-2328. We'll be happy to help!
Q. Can you provide Goody Bags in quantity for Company picnics or parties?
A. A large part of our business is providing Goody Bags for corporate functions where kids are attending. Companies like Microsoft, CitiGroup, McGraw-Hill, Wal*Mart, Kraft Foods, and others, know how great a party can be for children when Partypalooza is involved!
Q. Do I have to buy all the same theme?
A. No. You can buy as few or as many themes as you'd like. Keep in mind the ages of all the children attending your party and select accordingly. If you need help choosing, don't hesitate to call - our party experts are available to help you (1-888-397-2328).
Q. If I buy several different themes, how will I know which bag is which?
A. We package our Goody Bags in clear cellophane bags which are decorated with colorful designs. You can see through the bags to see what items are inside.
Q. What if some kids see a different theme bag and want that one?
A. We recommend that you hand out the Goody Bags as the children are leaving your party, for three reasons. One, by getting the bags as they are leaving, they won't see what the other kids have gotten. Two, so that they aren't opening them in your house and adding to the mess! Last but not least is so that they have something to play with in the car on their way home! Their parents will thank you!
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. We have the fastest order processing in the business and we work hard to ship as soon as possible (often on the same day of the order). Occasionally a shipment is delayed because a particular item may be out of stock or back-ordered. If this will delay your order appreciably, we will contact you. Also, if there is any chance that an order will not reach you in time for the day of your party (this is why we ask for a date needed), we will contact you with alternate shipping options.
