Orders are shipped via UPS ground service or Priority Mail from the Post Office at our discretion. Shipping time depends on where you live. We can process quickly but we prioritize based on when you need your order which is why it is important to give us this information at checkout (see our FAQ for information about back-orders and out-of-stock situations). Most orders leave our facility within 48 hours from the time you order, many ship the same day. UPS guarantees ground delivery times to all locations but because of the rare occurence of an unavoidable delay (inclement weather, etc), your shipment may take longer. Priority Mail does not guarantee delivery times, but usually takes between 2 and 5 days from shipping to delivery (occasionally longer).

An order shipped on Monday via 3rd Business day is guaranteed to arrive
by the end of the day on Thursday.
An order shipped on Friday via 3rd Business day is guaranteed to arrive
by the end of the day on the following Wednesday.

by the end of the day on Wednesday.
An order shipped on Friday via 2nd Business day is guaranteed to arrive

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery - please call us about next day delivery (Toll-free @ 1-888-397-2328) - we have many options from early AM to next day by 7pm. Next day shipping is calculated by weight so we'll need to know what you're ordering before quoting rates.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Often, special shipping is not necessary to your location - we can process FAST! See the table above to get an idea as to whether or not you'll need to order expedited shipping. We are more likely to ship orders using standard shipping on the same day if that order is made before noon ET. Orders for 3-day, 2-day and Next Day Air must be received by 3pm Eastern Time to be processed same day. For all orders over $200 which will require special shipping, please call us at 888-397-2328 for a quote.

*Alaska and Hawaii:
Most smaller orders to Hawaii and Alaska are charged at our normal shipping rates (see above). Medium-sized orders could cost a small amount more, and large, heavy orders may cost considerably more. Guaranteed 2-day and 3-day shipping rates for these two locations in the US will cost more in almost every case except for the smallest orders. As a rule of thumb, you will want to call or e-mail for shipping costs to HI or AK if your order comes to more than $50. In any event, we will contact you for your approval before shipping or charging any more to your credit card.
For shipping to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, US Territories, we always use USPS Priority Mail. Please call for rates, especially for larger orders which require postal delivery.
Sorry, we are currently not accepting international orders. If you are able to provide us with an addresss within the United States that will forward a package to you, we will be happy to ship to that address. In the checkout process, put that address in the "Ship To". Please check back here periodically for changes in this policy.
