How Do I order from Partypalooza.com with a School Purchase Order?
The best way to buy using a School Purchase Order is online here at www.partypalooza.com. Simply put what you need into your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout.
On page 2 of checkout there will be payment choices (American Express, MC, Visa, etc). Choose "Call With Payment".
Then, complete the checkout process & email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (856-874-8576) your purchase order to us.
We do not collect sales tax in any state except New Jersey, so sales tax will not be added upon checkout. NJ organizations, see the note below.
You may also mail your purchase order to us (our street address will be on your emailed order confirmation, or see below!). If you prefer to make your order by phone, you may call us from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Ask for the Education Department. We'll be happy to help you!
NJ Organizations only: Include your NJ tax exempt number in the "additional information" field on page 2 of checkout and we will remove the sales tax from your order when we process it. Do not include the sales tax amount on your Purchase Order.
Partypalooza.com accepts Purchase Orders from legally recognized schools and government agencies - these orders can be processed as soon as we receive a copy of your purchase order, either via fax, pdf attachment to an email or snail mail.
We will also accept checks as payment in advance from school-affiliated groups such as PTA, PTO, etc. provided the check is drawn on an organization account. Partypalooza.com does not accept personal checks for any reason.
Please note: we do not accept Purchase Orders from Corporations or other organizations without an initial order paid in advance or by credit card.
